Prof Josef Bonnici, currently Professor of Economics at the University of Malta and the Chairman of the Malta Development Bank, will be the host at RCM's online meeting Monday 5th October 2020.
Prof Bonnici will focus on the impact of the pandemic as seen from this new institution that he helped set up and which has turned out to be quite timely, albeit still in the start-up phase. He will also talk a bit about the wider perspective of the Pandemic as it affects both Monetary and Fiscal Policy within the Eurozone and beyond.
