Rotary Club Malta will once again be holding another of its Rotary Hands-On Days this time at Inspire in Marsascala on Saturday the 30th May 2015 where its volunteers will carry out a major maintenance and refurbishment of the garden area enjoyed by the children cared for at this institute.

Come along Rotarians and friends to lend a hand in what is always a great day out of hard work, camaraderie and satisfaction.  Learn more about our Rotary Hands-On Day at Inspire.

Rotary Club Malta will be holding its next Rotary Hands-On Day at Inspire in Marsascala on Saturday 30th May 2015 between 9:30am and 4:00pm where we shall be helping this worthy organisation with a major maintenance and refurbishment of the garden area.  The work will involve pruning of trees, de-weeding and general clearing of the gardens used by the Inspire clients.  We shall be providing heavy-duty gardening gloves, tools and skips but if you have your own gardening tools it would be really useful if you could bring these along with you for your use.

The objective of the Rotary Hands-On Days is to get Rotarians, together with our friends and families, to go to an institute or worthy organisation and to carry out a make-over of the premises in a fun day where, with our own hands, we give a hand with whatever they need to enhance the facility. It is usually a combination of painting, wood work, gardening, cleaning up and general maintenance.  Rotary Club Malta initiated the concept of Rotary Hands-On Days in October 2009 when the Club organised the first Rotary Hands-On Day at Dar il-Kaptan, the respite home for the disabled in Mtarfa.
